SAHM Businessmen Services provides corporate immigration and business support services in the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:

  • Business setup and company formation
  • Visa services (employment, family, visit visas)
  • Document attestation and translation
  • PRO (Public Relations Officer) services
  • Emirates ID applications and renewals
  • Trade license processing
  • Government liaison services

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documents
  • Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon
  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
  • Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your applications
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

4. Service Limitations

Please understand that:

  • We act as intermediaries between you and government authorities; final decisions rest with the respective government departments
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary based on government workload and requirements
  • We cannot guarantee approval of any application, as decisions are made by government authorities
  • Changes in government policies or regulations may affect processing times and outcomes
  • Some services may require additional fees paid directly to government entities

5. Fees and Payment

Regarding fees and payments:

  • Service fees will be communicated before commencement of work
  • Government fees are separate from our service charges and are subject to change
  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the stage of service completion
  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Your personal and business information will only be shared with relevant government authorities as required to process your applications. We will not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SAHM Businessmen Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by government authorities
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SAHM Businessmen Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or system failures.
